Local news & information for people with impaired vision

Welcome to the Tynedale Talking Newspaper

The Square Pegs team sat around the microphone about to start recording the Hexham Courant

Local News for People With Impaired Vision

in partnership with

The Hexham Courant & The Northumbrian

TTN is a registered charity providing free audio recordings of local news and information, read by our teams of volunteer readers, keeping you connected to your local community.
Each week we record the Hexham Courant.
On alternate months we include the Tynedale Talking Magazine with articles produced by TTN and the latest edition of The Northumbrian magazine.
Recordings are sent out on USB sticks in a wallet which is used to return the sticks to us - postage free.
